Last week, #MyTipsForMentalHealth started trending on Twitter, reminding us that we’re not alone in our struggles and of the many ways we can care for ourselves.

Amanda Stafford, who Tweets reguarly about mental health, first started using the hashtag. Quickly, Twitter users from all over the world joined in to share their tips and stories. It's now heartwarming—and encouraging—when you search the hashtag and scroll through the feed.
